Got a quick question: I have joined Nutrisystem online is anyone else on here doing it? Looking forward for any response. Another question on my mind: I think I have this tendency to feel guilty if I step even the slightest bit out of the Nutrisystem program..

Heres what I had for lunch:.

I went out with a co-worker to a japanese restaurant and I had miso soup, a small salad (what they consider their side salads) with the ginger dressing (the only dressing they have), and some chicken that came w the teriyaki sauce..

If you guys are familiar with japanese/tepan restaurants, you will probably be familiar with the sizes they serve them in. I plugged in a rough estimate of what everything may have added up to in the Nutrisystem food log, and it came out fairly low, but I probably just need a pep talk..

Do you think I just ate a ton of calories?..

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I discover an good answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could help you..

About 85 calories for the miso soup, 140 calories for the dressing, and the chicken around 360 calories? Depends on how it was prepared and what was in the sauce and how much of it there was. So I'd guestimate you ate around 600 calories... which isn't bad. It might lower your losses for the weeks but overall was not bad in total calories...

That is true if they're sensitive to sodium. I could probably eat a whole lick of salt and still not have retention issues, so I really don't pay too much attention to it...

My bf is a personal trainer (ironically) and he says when you're sweating (working out) on a regular basis, sodium isn't too big of an issue...

Most often thats true...not always though...know your body..

So you do workout a lot...or were you just making a statement?..

On average (before NS) I work out on average 3x a week. But my...(what do we replace with the word "goal"???) ....is 6x, 5 minimum per week...
