I got a quick question: I got scammed, Lost My Domains and my $$$ on PayPal and GoDaddy...NOW WHAT??.

I also got another question: Hello.

I actually dont have to sell it, no pressure at all, but wouldn't mind a good offer.

So 1,299 domains, take it all or none.

I want to see if any of the companies would be interested, which companies do buy bulk domains?.

Any ideas?..

Your question was: I got scammed, Lost My Domains and my $$$ on PayPal and GoDaddy...NOW WHAT??.

I say this as a friend who has your best interest in mind. I hate to see people spend money renewing HostGator lottery tickets that have bad odds. There is a lot of fat on that cow that needs to be trimmed (expired). Don't try to force people to buy bad stuff with the good. They will probably just pay for what the good is worth and then factor in that you give them the junk for free so they can let it expire.

If names aren't covering their renewal fees, they aren't at least a couple years old, and haven't received an offer, then I suggest letting them expire...

I recently read an article in the "last" issue of Business2.0 on a company that is acquiring domains that are related to locations. "Marchex" is a potential candidate for the domains that you have that include locations. A sublist of your domains that includes locations will probably be of value to them, and from the article I gather they rather buy in bundles:.

Best of luck,.

Agree fully with Bill on this one.

About portfolio companies, I don't know of a single company that will buy a portfolio with names that don't make at minimum the reg fees back annually, names that don't earn reg fee are often time excluded from deals.

I've sent you a pm about a couple of names...

You also have a few names that might cause TM problems...

Hmmm, interesting. Most of my names don't cover their renewals, should I drop them? I don't think so. Only if they're crap names then you'd consider dropping them...
