My question is I binged today have I messed up my Dukan Diet? Thanks for any response. My 2nd question... So for once I decided to be creative today and wanted something that I always ate before Dukan Diet but could fit into Dukan Diet guidelines, so here is my version of a turkey and cheese melt.

1 arnold select multi-grain sandwich thin(100 calories, used for lunch when I am going to have the Dukan Diet burger for dinner).

2 slices hormel natural choice honey deli turkey(found near the hot dogs in the refrigerated section of the market)(only 40 calories, 1 g fat).

1 slice of ff american cheese(30 calories).

2 tbsp. of ff cream cheese(30 calories).

Toast the bread, put on the turkey and cheese, stick it in the micro for 25 seconds, spread the cream cheese on on side of the bread and enjoy..

Counts as 1 protein and 1 carb (from my dinner entree).

They sell the lunch meat in ham and roast beef too which fit into Dukan Diet guidelines..

Good question... I dunno what is the answer. I'll do some research and get back to you if I bump into an decent answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably can help you..

Sounds very tasty!!.

Are the bread slices 100 each or 100 calories for two? If it's for each, I get the Beefeater low cal rye and it's 40 calories a slice. That way you can have two...

Its 100 calories for both slices, it comes in a roll type of format but pull apart very easily. I love rye bread tho so I will have to look into that bread, I always have trouble finding low cal bread that I can use at the market..

I love sandwiches so this looks great to me. I have a question: Why are you counting 1 protein and 1 carb from dinner? This looks like a comparable substitution for a Dukan Diet lunch at 200 total calories...

I am counting it as that cuz I try to stick to Dukan Diet have the meals they provide for me and I do not really know the equivalents in calories or what not if I do not have the Dukan Diet entree..

Ok, that's understandable. I've copied and pasted the Dukan Diet "on your own" stats for lunch. I think it's safe to consider your sandwich recipe with a salad a complete lunch without taking a carb and protein from another meal. (The fudge graham bar has 180 calories, 8 grams of fat, 22 grams of carbs, 13 grams of you add a protein serving and salad w/ ff dressing which can easily push the total lunch to 300 calories. Just giving you something to compare.).


2 Protein Servings: Example Grilled chicken (2ounces).

1 salad: Example: 1 small dinner salad.

2 carbohydrates: Example 2/3 cup of Brown Rice.

1 Fat: Example: 1 tsp of Olive Oil.

And if you are preparing your own food here are the average values:.

Breakfast Entree = 150 cal, 2.75 g fat, 23 g carb, 10 g protein.

Lunch Entree = 170 cal, 3.25 g fat, 26 g carb, 10 g protein.

Dinner Entree = 240 cal, 5.25 g fat, 28 g carb, 20 g protein.

Dessert Entree = 110 cal, 3.25 g fat, 12 g carb, 10 g protein..
