Quick question... Huge build-up of gas in stomach - not Dukan Diet related? Thanks in advance for any answer. Second question of mine... I found this on the website....sounds yummy and thought I would share.

Easy Peach Ice Cream.

1 cup frozen peaches.

2 cups ice.

1/2 cup FF milk.

Splenda or Stevia to taste.

Variation: 1 serving of another frozen fruit can be subsituted instead..


Mix ice and milk in blender, then add frozen peaches. Blend everything together and eat! Great refreshing and light taste..

Counts as 1 fruit serving and 1/2 dairy serving. Approx 105 calories (with peaches), depending on fruit and type of milk...

Good question... I dunno what is the answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an useful answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably could help you..

I did this recipe last week - and it is alot of ice - it hardly had any taste..

When I do it again - I will do less ice...

I made a strawberry smoothie for my afternoon snack yesterday with 1 c FF milk, 1 1/4 c frozen strawberries and no ice. It was nice and thick like a milkshake. You can add sweetener if you want!..

If you skip the milk and ice.......then add 1 yogart serving 3/4 cup of plain will be really thick like a frozen yogart....and very creamy and tasty. Frozen strawberries work really nice too. I tried blueberries not so good-you need to add tons of splenda..

I wonder if you sub the strawberries for peaches, it would still be yummy? I will try this afternoon...

This is good and tastes like ice cream.

Counts as a protein (80 cal, 10.5g protein) 1 free food and fruit serving.


1 cup frozen strawberries (fruit serving).

2 tbsp. Altern (or Splenda).

2 tsp. Imitation vanilla extract + 1 tsp. Altern OR 1 tbsp. Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup ( I buy DaVinci SF syrup in the coffee isle at walmart.).

3 tbsp. Fat Free cream cheese 45 cal, 7.5g protein.

1/2 cup light soy milk (or sub FF milk) 35 cal, 3g protein.

(optional) Free food: 1/4 of a reduced fat graham cracker crumbled (one individual square from a graham cracker sheet)15 calories.

Blend strawberries with all ingredients except the graham cracker, on ice crush; stop and stir if necessary. Use 1 tbsp. light soy milk to aid in blending. When all blended, serve, top with crushed graham cracker and enjoy!.

** Also, instead of strawberries, try this with half a serving of frozen banana.

Sierra Slim's Ice Cream.

Blend together well:.

1 cup ff milk.

2 tsp sf strawberry jello powder (use less or none to your taste).

2 handsful ice.

2 tablespoons Free or SF Cool Whip.

2-4 packets splenda (use less to your taste).

Then add and blend 1 3/4 cups still frozen sliced strawberries, top off with Walden Farms no-cal Fudge sauce!.

Makes about 30 ounces of delicious thick creamy "ice cream.".

(1 dairy, 2 fruit, 1 free food) *use less strawberries for 1 fruit..
