I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I bump into an decent answer. You should email the people at Verisign as they probably know..

Ok I know it sounds daft etc but check the following:.

1) Correct paypal address in the payment field?.

2) Did you recieve an email reciept, from paypal, to the email you entered at payment point?.

3) DId you recieve a payment reciept from your website?..

Yes Correct paypal address in the payment field.

No Did you recieve an email reciept, from paypal, to the email you entered at payment point.

No DId you recieve a payment reciept from your website.

It did say on my Verisign site payment proscessing and then thanks for your payment..

1)Check your paypal again.

2) How did you pay? Are you able to see if you have been charged.

3) Is the order showing in your admin area?.

I not a guru like some of these guys but most things in OSC are like any problem, stand back and track your steps..
