First question I got is HOW TO REDUCE BREASTS WITHOUT NATURALLY? Dukan Diet/EXERCISES/TRICKS & TIPS? Looking forward for any response. Another question I got... Any ideas on the salad serving during lunch? I'm trying different dairy/protein options, but the lettuce is getting a little tired. If not, I'll make it work, b/c this is too important to me. But any little help would be greatly appreciated...

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer to your question. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I bump into an good answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably can help you..

I like to add shredded purple cabbage, sliced grapes, and a few pecans or walnuts to my salad. Ummm!!..

I tend to just have some raw veggies at lunch instead of salad: sliced cucumber, orange bell pepper strips, carrots, sugar snap peas... things like that...

I'm a little late in giving my suggestion, but I just saw your post. What I do is save my morning fruit serving (1 1/2 c strawberries) and add them to my salad and I use a FF vinagerette dressing and it is so yummy!! If I were better disciplined I could also save my 6 almonds and/or my FF cheese and add that to the salad too, but I usually eat all that stuff between breakfast and lunch!..

I do lettuce and tomatoes with cheese and fat free thousand island or fat free catalina, the dressing makes the salad not seem so bland!..

I make my salads with everything I can think of but leave out the lettece sometimes. I even include alfafasprouts. I cut all the veggies the same size and use ff dressing. I don't miss the lettece at all. It's a nice change from eating the same salad everyday...

They have a sugar free dressing named Wanger. It come in Ranch and French dressing it is only 35 to 40 calories per 2 tbls which is more than enough dressing for your salad. Also add your fruit to the salad, such as, apples, pears, grapes or whatever you like make the salad a little more interesting...

I had some Arugula the other day and I used that along with some other thignsl ike cucumbers, broccoli etc... It was good!..
