Your question was: How to make Nutrisystem pizza?.
WOW, I'm learning how to post/work this. Thank you, Kim. I will put the next one in the oven. Free food?..
The texture and taste is much better in the oven. It's not chewy or hard that way.
A free food is anything under 20 calories. You get three of them a day. I think 4 or 5 slices of turkey pepperoni is under 20 cal. and that's pretty much all you need to cover the pizza...
Here's more info on free foods. The list is just some ideas, but anything under 20 calories counts..
FREE FOODS LIST (please bump this from time to time for the Newbies).
There are Free Foods that can be used on the NutriSystem plan. The term Free Foods comes from the American Diabetes Association. They are low calorie foods (20 calories or less) that can be added to the meal plan in small amounts. This minimal amount of calories will not affect weight loss, we do recommend that they be limited to 2 or 3 servings per day if the foods have any calories..

Know I appreciate you and your response. Chewey? Hard? You think? Seriously, I need to reference the book, the "free" is new to me. I thought I was thorough. My phone is on hold, but I wanted to respond to you. Again, thank you. I hope we talk again. I'll prepare the pizza and think of you ! ~ Kaye..
Amazing, how did you do that, I just received the above from you which I put on my Desktop. Heck, no chocolate ice cream. I'll return again..
You're amazing !..
The trick I learned is to microwave exactly 45 seconds and it hasn't been hard or chewy. I also have tried baking for 7 minutes in the oven at 400 topped with some roasted peppers. Very good that way as well...
The first thick crust pizza, I put in the microwave.....eh, wasn't too great. The next day, I popped the Italian flatbread one in the oven with a little bit of diced grilled chicken on it for added protein. It was a lot better than the microwaved one......nice and crispy...
Yep...everybody's right...do NOT microwave the pizza!! LOL (Like...eeewww!).
I top mine with lots of veggies - chopped spinach, sliced cherry tomatoes and lots of mushrooms...SO yummy!!.
The thick crust pizza was my very first dinner...and really, so far, my fave!..
Pizza yummy. I take a bunch of garlic, peppers, onions and saute them until soft, then I make the pizza as usual and I add a tsp of BBQ sauce to the sauce and then put veggies and then cheese. I bake it in the oven for a few minutes and it is the best. Its so good this shipment I ordered 6 thick crusts and 7 thin crust...
