Got a question, hope someone can answer... How to lose weight fast? good Dukan Diets? Thanks in advance for any response. My other question... Here is dessert for tonight:.

So I obviously have way too much time on my hand and have made it my mission to keep doctoring up my food. I figure that since this WILL be a lifestyle change, I better find a gazillion different foods options to stay enticed and motivated. This includes:.

1 Dukan Diet Chocolate Cake (made "better" by a recipe from another Dukan Diet member".

1/2 raspberry yogurt (counts as 1/2 dairy serving. I just ate the rest and counted it as my whole dairy serving.).

2 tbsp. FF whip (free food).

1/2 cup raspberries (1/2 of a fruit serving).

I made the choco cake according to this recipe that I got off another member here:.

Add a 1/2 tsp. of baking powder, tablespoon of cocoa (free food), some splenda, and use leftover coffee instead of water, microwave it for 70 seconds. It comes out light and fluffy and delicious..

I let it cool and sliced it in half. I mixed up the 4 oz. od yogurt with 1 tbsp. whip and some berries. Sandwiched it in between my cake and wrapped it up tight to freeze. After freezing, I sliced it in half to show all the yummy goodness (LOL) and topped with my remaining 1 tbsp.

(THe raspberry "sauce" is squised berries with 1 packet of Splenda.).

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an decent answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably could help you..

YES! It was you! Thanks so much for the cake tip! I couldn't remember who it was...

Catherine, how well does the yogurt freeze? Coolwhip works great, but does the yogurt get firm? It looks really delicious!..

Amanda- I have had great succes with Yoplait Light yogurt. I used to make "popsicles" with whip and yogurt and fruit. The yogurt/whip mixture freezes up almost exactly like ice-cream, but it isn't a smooth as ice cream. Not crazy-ice-crystals or anything, but more like a fudge pop...

I don't usually like chocolate and raspberry but MAN this looks fabulous!!!..

Mmmmm, could do the same with blueberries and blueberry/vanilla yogurt, strawberries, maybe mandarin oranges for a creamsicle variation. Oh, now I can't wait for my next order with the choco cakes.... Thanks for the idea!..
