Your question was: How to find Godaddy promo codes for backorder?.

I read a article about the guy that bought Fish.com. He said he would have paid up to $5 million if the guy had just asked.

I can't remember the figures, but I believe they are doing something like $60 million in rev from Fish.com, Dog.com, Horse.com, etc...... with a mix of dropshipping and generic in-house products.

Incredible really...

Yeah it's pets united or something isn't it, they love generic .coms.

They bought bike.com for $500k back in2006.

Any idea how much they paid for dog.com, horse.com?..

Not sure about horse.com but they paid $500,000 for Dog.com.

"A big key to this strategy is buying those Web addresses. Staked with capital from a family real estate business in Los Angeles, the Tabibi brothers bought their first URLDog.comfor $500,000. UnRealEstate now includes Bird.com, Fish.com, Ferret.com, Horse.com, Bike.com, Garden.com, Wind.com and Solar.com, among other names. Noah of the Internet.

They had tried to buy a HostGator from me for $250,000 and I said I thought I might sell it to them at that price, but the more I thought about it the less I wanted to sell so I raised the price to $525,000 and they walked but said they might be back. That's been about two years or so ago.

I'm happy with the decision I made...

Feel free to pm me name i'm nosey.

Mum's the word..

It is a four letter animal-related domain, but not an animal. It has to do with a product that everyone buys. That's about as much as I want to say here ...

I just remembered the biggest Animal .com sale ever - literally Elephant.com by a Forum owner - I don't know how much it sold for though but I'm guessing it was a Jumbo sale.

One of the smallest animal .com sales (in both senses of the word):.

I sold Jerboas dot-com for $59 last year...
