Calculation is on page 17 of the T&M manual. The other option, if you're still using MyPlan is to go by the TEE number if you are at your goal weight. That number is the number of calories at your activity level to maintain at the weight you have currently logged into MyPlan. So if you do that, make sure your weight and activity levels are set correctly in MyPlan..
