I started this morning and I am unusually hungry. It is about an hour before lunch time and I am wondering if I can eat more often (every 1 1/2 - 2 hours) if I just have a bit of unlimited veggies in between meals? Or will that throw everything off?..

Eat any of the menu food any time you want. Spread out your food over the day. Have a low sodium V8 for a veggie serving. There is no set regiment for eating. Unlimited veggies means unlimited. Even between meals...

Follow the advice of PamSB. She's the resident wonder woman around these parts. She's truly an inspiration, to me and to so many others! Utilize these boards too. Thats exactly what I do and I have not been hungry so far. I had a hard time in the beginning eating it all because there was so much, but we get used to it. Good luck to you, Nancy..

Yeah, I have a problem eating ALL of the foods mentioned. The snacks, dessert time, and unlimited veggies is what fills you up. Even though I don't eat everything mentioned, lunch time seems to be the most filling, considering they want you to add a protein in addition to the Nutrisystem lunch and unlimited veggies. Sometimes I can only do a bar and veggies for lunch though...

Very insightful for a newbie like me. I have a problem with the Sugarfree gum though. I have a habit of chewing non stop throughout the day. Also, Crystal Light is my miracle drink. I'm not too big on water. I have to force myself to drink plain water....unless it's Spring water.

I just need a tad bit of flavor to my water...

I am doing much better now, down 3.5 pounds in my first few days...probably mostly water weight. Some of the food is absolutely delicious. Others, not so much. Since this is my first week/month, I ordered what looked good on the food list. Now almost a week into this, I definitely have some likes and dislikes and cannot fathom eating my dislikes. Is there any way I can trade them for the ones I really like. Or do I just need to change my next order and chalk it up to experience? Just wondering...
