That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I find an decent answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could give you help..
"I pick things up and put them down"..
Glad you're back..
Been there done that Scott..
Good job gettin' back on the program..
Well done, Scott. In some ways, those ripples are as educational as anything else in this journey..
Gordon..
Way to go, Scott!! Don't let those pounds pile up again!! I am definitely speaking from experience as I am sure all of us on Nutrisystem are!!.
Maintaining since September 2010!.
Target Maintenance Range 175-180.....
I did set a personal record on the treadmill the other day! Three hours and 20 minutes non-stop. Wasn't running but walking at a pretty good clip!! Gonna tackle it again pretty soon.....Burned over 1000 calories that one event!..
I too am one of the 'fallen', and know that I need to get back on some sort of program, even if not NS, even just adjusting back to my Nutrisystem days will help. I've gained 10 lbs since being off, and no excuses....just lazy. Course, will be nice to finally get rid of my sister-in-law who loves to cook, bake, etc., and I am a fool for filling my plate and going back for seconds...... One thing I have continued doing even after being off the plan is continued to eat my salad plate twice a day.... I am the only one here that eats salad, so I have for lunch and supper, along with the regular meal. I have NO support here from the wife or anyone else, so to speak, as she was glad I got off Nutrisystem as then now she could eat "real" food, she says.
I still have some Nutrisystem dinner meals here that I have left over, and I use them at times for lunches instead of running down to the fast food joint. That's one thing I dont do very much either, since NS, hitting those places. Use to hit them at least once a day, now I think maybe 1 time every 2 weeks at best, so that's is good..
So, even though I am not on the Nutrisystem plan per se', I at least know what to do to get back on some sort of "calories IN; calories OUT" routine... I still am keeping track of my weight, and I cringe each time it goes up. See this past week was a good week, but again, I've been more active outdoors, and will be more as the weather improves... My BDay (69) was past Saturday, so maybe I should start a new leaf?...Wish me luck, guys...........
Rob....sorry for your loss.......been there; done that on the hoarders...my dad was a PackRat, and everyone says I am following in his footsteps, LOL...
John, get back on Nutrisystem - it was working, you still need to learn! and I missed you honey bun..
