Good one another variant would be to use the Dukan Diet Taco Dinner and use soft tortilla(s) instead of the corn rounds that come with the entree the dietitian checked and the Dukan Diet "tortilla" rounds have about 100 calories so using 2 of the 50 cal La Tortilla soft tortillas would be a simple swap just save the Dukan Diet shells for some other time/use (since they are packed in foil pouch they last a long time)....
How are the beans counted?.

1/4 cup fat free Rosarita refried beans (1/2 of the can's serving size) is 50-60 cal's (depending of whether you get the fat free or 98% fat free) with 3.5 gr protein could call it a partial dairy/protein and with 1/4 cup fat free shredded cheese at 45 calories (& 9 gr protein) it would work on occassion as a Dairy/Protein serving saved from earlier in the day.
It was SOOOOOOOOOOOOO weirdI would put them around my taco salad alllll pretty like and I ALWAYS seemed to have one fly outta the dish, much like a frisbee........and my boyz being LABS they SOOOOOOOOO thought it was for THEM!!!.
So after that I'd 'sacrifice' one break it in half and 'frisbee' it to them LOL..

Yep a full serving of 1/2 cup WOULD be a Carb however, since there is protein in them and 1/4 cup (half serving) when combined with 1/4 cup fat free shredded cheese fits the Dairy/Protein guidelines (remember there are carbs in milk), women who don't get to add carbs to dinner can find ways to make it work in smaller quantities.
That is sure good to know. I like refried beans and cheese with salsa. Will have to do that sometime soon...

I made these tonight. Outstanding!!! I felt like I was cheating. I calculated that two enchildas made as described in the recipe above was approaching 350 calories. I didn't use the sour cream, mostly because I forgot. I also didn't use more than about three tablespoons of the FF refried beans. I didn't eat anything else from the plan (veg, fruit, salad, etc.) This was the entire dinner meal, but very satisfying and very filling. I didn't have any of the Dukan Diet beef patties left, so I used a Morningstar veggie burger patty...
