First question I got is How Old Do You Have To Be To Go On a Milkshake Dukan Diet? Thanks for any answer or 2. 2nd question I got is.. This is my first time posting, but I read this Forum ALOT! Thanks, everyone!.

I am always looking for ideas, but felt bad that I had not contributed - so TADA - I think I have a new recipe - at least a Search did not show it!<G> No picture - sorry..

Beef Enchilada.

1 Dukan Diet Advanced Hamburger.

2 Whole Wheat low carb tortillas.

Some canned diced green chilies - mild, medium, or hot - freeze the rest.

A half serving size no-fat refried beans.

Some NF cheese.



A serving size of canned enchilada sauce - red works best.

FF sour cream.

Make the burger as directed, spread some refried beans on the tortillas, crumble the burger on the beans, add alot of diced green chilies - you can have alot of them for virtually no calories, fat, etc. Roll them up and put in a dish..

Pour the "serving size" of the enchilada sauce over it - usually 1/4 cup, but I cheat a little on this as it is only 30 calories per 1/4 cup. Top with a "little" FF cheese - it doesn't take much..

Bake at 350 about 20-25 minutes. In the meantime, chop a little tomato - I usually chop 2 grape tomatoes, and some lettuce..

When the enchiladas are done - I like it crispy on top - let cool a bit, plate, then add chopped lettuce, tomato, and a bit of FF sour cream - or plain no-fat yogurt - they taste the same to me. Sometimes I also add some salsa..

Since I live alone with 4 mini-poodles, I portion out the enchilada sauce and refried beans into "snack bags" and freeze. The poodles don't appreciate the leftovers..

Too many black minis - MOM is a lameo - she doesn't know how to do the ticker or icons, or, more importantly, a webpage for US! Harumph!..

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I discover an useful answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably can help you..

Good one another variant would be to use the Dukan Diet Taco Dinner and use soft tortilla(s) instead of the corn rounds that come with the entree the dietitian checked and the Dukan Diet "tortilla" rounds have about 100 calories so using 2 of the 50 cal La Tortilla soft tortillas would be a simple swap just save the Dukan Diet shells for some other time/use (since they are packed in foil pouch they last a long time)....

This sounds good. I miss Mexican food. I put salsa and Mexican style tomatoes in various dishes...

1/4 cup fat free Rosarita refried beans (1/2 of the can's serving size) is 50-60 cal's (depending of whether you get the fat free or 98% fat free) with 3.5 gr protein could call it a partial dairy/protein and with 1/4 cup fat free shredded cheese at 45 calories (& 9 gr protein) it would work on occassion as a Dairy/Protein serving saved from earlier in the day.

It was SOOOOOOOOOOOOO weirdI would put them around my taco salad alllll pretty like and I ALWAYS seemed to have one fly outta the dish, much like a frisbee........and my boyz being LABS they SOOOOOOOOO thought it was for THEM!!!.

So after that I'd 'sacrifice' one break it in half and 'frisbee' it to them LOL..

I would think the beans would be a carb?..

Yep a full serving of 1/2 cup WOULD be a Carb however, since there is protein in them and 1/4 cup (half serving) when combined with 1/4 cup fat free shredded cheese fits the Dairy/Protein guidelines (remember there are carbs in milk), women who don't get to add carbs to dinner can find ways to make it work in smaller quantities.

I made these tonight. Outstanding!!! I felt like I was cheating. I calculated that two enchildas made as described in the recipe above was approaching 350 calories. I didn't use the sour cream, mostly because I forgot. I also didn't use more than about three tablespoons of the FF refried beans. I didn't eat anything else from the plan (veg, fruit, salad, etc.) This was the entire dinner meal, but very satisfying and very filling. I didn't have any of the Dukan Diet beef patties left, so I used a Morningstar veggie burger patty...
