I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer to your question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I find an decent answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably could give you an answer..
My mouth is watering right now!....Going to try it in the morning...thank you!..
I am going to try this, it is a great idea for breakfast this morning!!!.
Thanks,.
Barb..
Just wanted to let you know I did try this and I just made a few adjustments to the original post. I sprayed butter in a ramkin, on the bottom & top of the granola, and Baked it for 15min. at 350 degrees. Yummo!!!.
This was an excellent warm breakfast for a rainy day in PA!!! Thanks again for the post!!!.
Barb..
I did make this recipe this morning...my microwave is old so I did it for 3 minutes...IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...Have you tried it with any other fruit?(there is a similar recipe with SF apple pie filling)I think I'll experiment with mixed fruit..which I have at home....
Thanks again!..
What are spleda peaches? do you find them in a regular grocery store? if so, with what other items (like the Dole fruit cups?). thanks!..
I'm guessing what she meant was peaches sweetened with splenda. Look in the canned fruit section of the grocery. I did something similar with canned pears - I had seen the other post using sugar free apple pie filling but was unable to locate the pie filling..
Another thought - save a fruit for dessert and do this with the oatmeal cookie crumbled over it...
Yes, I make apple crisp with the oatmeal cookie all the time. Toss your chopped apples with a little cinnamon and splenda and top with the cookie and bake. Top with a little ff cool whip! Mmmmmm!..
