I started at 217 and I'm currently at 210..
My mini goal by Feb 1st is to be below 200...
My goal is just to get back on track and to stay 100% on program after the holidays and all the unpleasant stuff I had to deal with during the last two months...
Completely understandable, and completely legit mini-goal (believe me, I've got 6 months of not following this program very much on my chart, so I know exactly what you mean)..
Everyone that posts a mini-goal in here, should try to check in to this thread once a week when you do your weigh in with your current progress. Will help keep us all accountable..
I also suggest everyone try to post in the daily 100% check in thread and brag / fess up about what happened with you the previous day. Also good for keeping you on track...

I'm going for seven more pounds by the end of January. I'm at 220.2 right now, so goal will be 213.2...
I want to be below my original goal weight of 185. And have made a decision on to how much lower I am going to go..

Just started the program. I was up around 280 a while back and managed to get down to 255 where I started the program this past week. I've had a goal of under 250 for a long time now, so I'll set that as my 2/1 goal. Should be easily doable if I stick with it and get some exercise. It'll be a big accomplishment though since it's been a mental goal for quite some time. 220 will be the next goal..
SW - 280.

GW - 249.9..
Missed my Jan 1 Goal by a bit....about 4lbs..

Getting back on the horse after the holidays. I did gain. Time to get the weight back off and on toward my goal again..
