Quick question: How much do the meals cost at Nutrisystem or weight watchers? Hoping for any answer. Another quick question... Well, I have experienced my first 0 loss week. 213.2 last week, 213.2 this week..

I was off Nutrisystem food this weekend, but I thought I stayed on plan nonetheless. I didn't get a whole lot of exercise in though. I weighed Monday morning and was actually 214.6, so I guess technically I lost a pound but it doesn't show on my charts. I have changed up my workout a little so maybe it's just fluid or muscle weight anyway..

Anyway, not sure why I posted this rambling mess, but any comments or a$$ kicking is welcome...

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I discover an anything. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could help you..

Sounds like you're doing everything right. Considering your incredible loss rate I wouldn't be to upset by it. Stick to it...

Yeah, this season I could probably throw down after every Sox win and still not gain a pound though!.

I was on my feet chasing my friends kids around a mall, a museum, and a movie theater and gained a pound..

One thing I did forget in my original post...Sunday morning I woke up and my buddy's wife had bought me a McDonald's Big Breakfast - ate the whole I guess saying, I stayed on plan all weekend was a bit of a lie...

Yeah, the McDonald's breakfast was a definite eff up. Really though, it's my first big eff up. I've slipped here and there, sure, but never three pancakes, syrup, eggs, sausage AND a biscuit! Who eats a biscuit with pancakes?!.

Anyway, I've been 100% and really hitting the weights the past two days, so I'm sure it's on it's way out of my system now...

Yeah I got carried away. Won't happen again. I knew they were bad, but I didn't realize they were THAT bad. Guess I'm lucky to have gotten out with just a zero loss..

Stupid friend's wife...buying me stuff I shouldn't eat. I'll just blame it on her...

So...gonna go out and hit KFC tonight for a Double Down or what?.

Get your head back in the game (I ain't talking baseball). No more of that crap until your scale matches your goal weight. Even then, realize that it's a formula for returning to your starting weight..

Now everybody's up sh!t creek, because the fat guy couldn't pass up on a jelly doughnut he wasn't supposed to have..

I know my predicament last week was keeping you all up at night so I wanted to give you an update to ease your minds. I weighed this morning...MNW, Pre-BM, Post Breakfast...208.5..

That's actually my biggest loss in one week in quite sometime..

Didn't record it. I only record my weight on Wednesdays..

There's truth in the reality that one meal does not a program make or break. You didn't get fat from one meal in the first place (if that were the case, those KFC DD eaters would prolly just drop dead on the spot after eating one, lol), so one bad one won't derail the whole program, eh? That said, my motto remains "100%, 100% of the time." Good recovery. Count your blessings and move on..

You should KNOW if you were on plan, flexingwise. If you just sort of "think you ate smart and vaguely thought you had the right amount of calories", that is totally different from planning and eating a proper flexed diet. In the former, there's a good chance, you overeat..

(added with edit) I see you found some of the leakage. And of course, you have been rocking the program. Point above remains important, though. Flexing is NOT an excuse for not knowing what you consumed, portion wise...

Yeah, I might have stretched the truth a little when I said I thought I was on plan. In reality, I was thinking, I've been doing good since January, I'm going to indulge a little. I was really on plan Friday and Saturday (during the day)...had most of a burger and fries Saturday night and some chip and dip later that night. Then of course there was the big breakfast Saturday..

Where I ran into the problem was that I was staying with friends that don't have to watch what they eat and I didn't want to come off as a "bad guest". Still no excuse, no one to blame but myself...
