Why would that mean you blew it this week? Did you replace the other 2 greens with junk food? Noo You just missed out on some much needed fiber and vitamins. Just be happy you caught it early and move forward. Make sure you are measuring/weighing your veggies as you eat them (cooked or uncooked), it makes a big difference in nutritional values for some items...

I did the same thing for the first few days. It didn't have an adverse effect... and now I eat all my yummy greens...

I did the same thing - I was making salads all week and only used 2 cups of lettuce and forgot to add another veggie.

Don't feel bad, it seems all I have done is screw up all week (started medifast on Monday). Let's see, I tried to make brownies and used three ounces of water instead of 3 tablespoons and I just kept nuking it thinking it would turn into a brownie eventually. It never did. After nuking it for about , oh, ten minutes I realized what I had done. I basically made brownie soup.

Yesterday I melted my non stick spatula in my nonstick skillet after making pancakes because I turned the stove higher instead of to off and left the spatula in the skillet!.

I also paid two separate bills through my online banking to the wrong accounts..

I am going to blame this all on my body adjusting to lack of carbs and calories since I am not usually this scatterbrained!..

LOL that reminds me of when I made a waffle and doubled the water - lets just say that too much water makes a waffle explode out the side and is a HUGE mess..

As others have said - you definitely aren't the 1st! I was only having 1 serving on G until almost the end of the 3rd week when I got my mom to start and was showing here all of the nutrition info - and I was like - wth I need to read everything again, lol!..

I bet you are still losing plenty of weight, just maybe feeling a little hungrier? Now you will have to go buy some more veggies Sometimes I feel so full after the lean and green and I think I must be making the wrong amounts because it really is a lot of food!..

Uh, yeah, your so NOT the first to have done that one! I was having 2 fats REGARDLESS of what Meat option I ate. Did that for MONTHS!.

Soooo, your way ahead of me! You will be fine. You caught it fast!.

Your doing great, cant wait to see your first weeks loss!!!!..
