Question I have... How many points should I have according to Nutrisystem? Looking forward for any answer. Second question of mine... Good Morning Guys,.

I'm just starting day 3 and have been tracking the previous 2 days' food intake online. I'm in the 1,500 calorie range across both days..

One thing I've noticed is that I tend to get a bit anxious / jittery before lunch and dinner. I've tried spacing my morning and afternoon snacks so that I don't get this way, but nonetheless it's still happening. I have no doubt that this is a low blood sugar type of reaction, and I'm not diabetic..

Has anyone experienced this? If so, what do I do to overcome it? Is my 1,500-calorie per day intake about par for the course?.

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I got an answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could answer your Nutrisystem question..

I'd have to agree with Sean, I felt the same way towards the beginning..

As for the calorie question, I believe for the mens program 1500 is the right number. I don't input my food online much anymore, but I did a few days to check for you, and I was around the same..

Question though, do you have more than 100 pounds to lose? If so, you need to be adding one carb to breakfast and dinner, and one fruit to lunch. In addition to your normal eating. If so, that's gonna boost your calories a little, and would likely help with what you're feeling...

Come to think of it ... have you had your midi-chlorian levels checked recently? Recent studies have shown that Nutrisystem has led to a temporary disruption in one's midi-chlorian concentration. Things should level out in a few days .... at least once the farting subsides..

I don't think you need me to tell you to lay low for a while..

You'll feel a slight tingle in your extremities when everything's back to normal..

Howdy Darth!.

I felt funky the first few days as my slug-shaped body was yelling WTF are you doing to me???!!!.

You ain't posted your weight so yeah - make sure you're getting enough food..

And drink lotsa water..

And call a counselor - you're paying for it and they're sposed to actually know the answer...

Thanks for your advice. I've actually dropped 2 lbs. since Monday, now at 296.2. I would like to get down to the 240's or lower, so have about 50+ lbs. to drop. I'll hang in there for a few days, give the body a chance to adapt..

Get down to 240's??? Why stop there? Are you over 7' tall? Just seems if you are going to lose weight you'd want to be lower than that (unless 240 is legit for your body, but that seems heavy for a healthy weight)..
