That's kinda what I did. Goal was 230 but I was still thick. I dropped to 218-220 and have been trying to slowly put on muscle. Give it a shot. That's what maintenance is all about. Have fun with it...
Same here. Original goal was 197, but felt heavy there. Revised to 183, and then landed at 173 after losing a bit more and then hitting the gym. I'm happy here..

Get your body fat % measured. This will let you know if you really are at "goal". Go from there...
Great job Pro!! Finding your own landing spot is hard. Usually lower then you thought. If you can't find a good BF% measurment, try the simple waist vs. hips measurement. Get your waist less than hips and you'll be close..
