I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the right answer. I'll do some research and get back to you if I find an decent answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could help you..
I'm just eating my meals and snacks for the day during game time!.
Unlimited veggies +Nutrisystemsnack = like real snacking/ Add a little diet soda of choice, and it's all good for me!..
Try making some ranch dip with nf greek yogurt and a tablespoon or so of the packet ranch dressing and dipping your veggies in it. It gives you that crunch and a healthy snack to occupy you while watching the time. And raw veggies take forever to finish from all that chewing!..
And now it's Superbowl time and watching all those commercials like DORITOS!!! I love Doritos.....
I'll just eat my 5 calorie celery sticks...
I sorta like KatieBKool's idea of eating it all during the game!..
My brother and a friend are coming over and I'm going to fix a supper for us...tacos for them, and tacos for me, NS-style. And then later, they'll have their chips and dip (that THEY are bringing) and I will have myNutrisystemcheese puffs, and maybe a little popcorn...I just discovered Kernel Season's!..
I had Kale chips the other day and they were good. Bet that the Kernel Season's would be good on those! Thanks for the idea!..
Making the dip w/ff yogurt simply takes one of your protein/dairy servings and your veggies are your veggies..
Also, use your fruit for the day as a snack such as apples, which really taste kind of good with ranch dressing. (I know that everyone likes that combo).
Another good treat is to take a slice of ff ham or turkey (usually 30 calories) and wrap it around a dill pickle. Snack food but really good. Hebrew Nationals hot dogs, cut them up and stick tooth picks in them and then you can treat them like appetizers. Dip them in mustard..
Hang tough friends..
