Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I find an anything. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably know..
Terrific answer...always take better care of everyone but myself..
Got a new haircolor, a few new clothes, (that fit), (for now) and some other things to make me feel better about myself..
I don't focus on food at all because I take a very small amount of time at the end of the day to plan my food for the next day. I even enter it into the meal planner for the next day. When I wake up, I know what I am supposed to eat - I don't have to think about it because it has been planned and is sitting on the counter ready for me...
I'm glad the idea sounds good for you. It really takes the second-to-second, minute-to-minute, half-hour-to-half-hour, hour-to-hour, etc. focus off of food. When it's time to eat, you just eat what you have planned. Less choices, less chance to change your mind, less chance to mess up..
You can do this!!!..
Hello! I'm just a newbie in my 5th week but I had the same issue! V8 low sodium juice is my must have for veggies... Just seems easier than eating all the veggies and even v8 infusion light for fruit or other juices listed...so most times I'm just eating my entree with 1cup v8 and 1/2 cup fruit juice at dinner...now that's just for veg/ fruit of course..and that has definately helped me hope it helps you! Good luck!..
Hi: Today is my first day and I can relate to Linda who said she is having trouble eating this much food..
I agree!! I have probably only eaten half of what I am supposed to have eaten today, and I am so full and bloated that I feel sick and nautious. I don't know how I am going to eat this much food a day either..
I do like the suggestion from tightjeans to drink juices instead of eating all the food. That might help me. I'll try that...
Get the calories in somehow! If you don't eat enough calories your weight loss will come to a screeching halt as your metabolism slows down...
I did exactly as YippeeIamFit suggested. It was loads easier. I did make a few alterations to the menu this evening due to the fact I'd gone to the store, plus my frozen foods arrived this morning! But it was so much easier than it had been. I'm in the process of preparing my menu now..
Big day tomorrow. Watching both Grandaughters over night. Gracie is 2 and Madison is 2 months......I'm going to be so tired. Going to plan all my food for the entire weekend. One less thing to think about!.
Thank you all again!!..
I often prescribe to the Keep it Simple Stupid mode of life. No need to complicate the easy things...
Last 5 years have been overwhelming....seemed to have lost my ability to manage things. Thank you again!!!..
I am the opposite. I love the fact that I am eating often and even though it feels like I am always eating that's a good thing because it doesn't feel like a diet. Most diets make me feel deprived and wanting more food butNutrisystemkeep me eating and I don't feel deprived at all. I didn't get fat because I wasn't eating all the time, that's exactly how I got fat! So the difference now is the food is healthier...
My first day, too, and I have the same problem. I did it, except still have my ice cream sundae to eat.
, but it felt like I was eating all day long! I am a little concerned, because everything seems to be done in a tomato sauce, and I sometimes have an allergy to tomatoes. Throat is a little iffy right now because of it, but will keep on keepin' on. Actually, because of a shake I made for snack, I went 10.4 cals over. I, too, like the idea of juice instead of all those veggies, so thanks for that tip...
I agree with you, I like that I am getting to eat all day long, I do split up my meals, breakfast entree then a little later I eat protein & fruit! Now in the summer or when I am out doors most of the day, I tend to eat my meals together or I will get busy and forget to eat it all! Gotta love NS!..
