Got a question, hope someone can answer... How many Nutrisystem point in a strawberry poptart? Each? Thanks in advance for any comment. Another question on my mind: Good morning to you all!.

I love greek yogurt and I was wondering what brands you are using that are the highest protein, lowest sugar., and best for you! Right now I have Chobani (vanilla) Is that a good brand? There is still alot of sugar but most yogurt does have that. I buy the medium size tub and measure out about 4-6oz for portion and calorie intake. I think if it was the full 8oz the caloric intake would be somewhere around 140..

I have tried to add this yogurt to the food planner online, but it is not listed when I search. and when I add the amout I am serving myself the calories are a lot lower than what they actually are. How is everyone else who eats greek yogurt logging?..

I'm with Mimi, I love the Fage 0%! I do occasionally buy the Chobani vanilla or a bigger tub of the Chobani plain & then I portion it out myself...

I am with Mimi on the Fage and I also add fruit, makes it sweet enough for me...

Fage 0%! I add a vanilla flavored Splenda. Sometimes I add the lowfatNutrisystemgranola. I bought 16 at the store yesterday. Can you tell I am hooked?..

Thank you so much, I will definitely give that a try...

Fage 0% plain. It is the only greek yogurt worthy of eating IMO...

I've been having the Chobani FF vanilla over berries for my afternoon snack. I add a packet of Stevia and then it's perfect. I tried the Fage plain yesterday because I've read all the raves about it. had to add two packets of sweetner and some vanilla before I could eat it. I'll definitely stick with the Chobani vanilla! And, it has more protein than the Fage. Wish I could find it in tubs instead of the little one-serving containers. It's my favorite snack!..

Everyone has their own tastes and that is why it is great we have so many options. I have gotten very accustomed to the Fage without adding anything other than my fruit serving of blueberries. I have never added Splenda to it. The Chobani has cane juice added to sweeten it (which accounts for the 30 additional calories), in addition to the vanilla - 13g of sugar vs. 7g in Fage plain, which comes from the milk itself. That is why you had to add two packets of Stevia (vs.

The protein in the two is basically the same 16g vs. 15g and the Fage has fewer calories as it doesn't have the cane juice..

There's nothing wrong with using the Chobani vanilla (although you should keep it to once per day because of the higher calories). Frankly I'm tired of my supermarket shelf being empty, so I am no longer recommending Fage...

You're right, Chobani is ony 16g of proteinI don't know why I was thinking it was 20. I do have it only once per day and it's because of the calories. That's why I purchased the Fage yesterday, but it just wasn't as good (our tastes are definitely differentyou couldn't pay me enough to eat a blueberry! LOL.). If my weight loss slows down, that's one logical place to look to reduce some calories, but I'll cross that bridge when and if I get there...
