Good question... I dunno what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I bump into an anything. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably know..
Wow, I got an oatmeal which I won't eat so cookies here I come!!..
I guess. I always use Smart Balance in everything so I'll just have to try it...
How many calories is smart balance? The one I bought is still like 80 calories!..
The recipe is from my collection of recipes from the old Nutrisystem recipe board and thank you 22fit2b for retaining the attribution modelt23 posted a number of good ideas when she was around and deserves the credit.
Regular smart balance MAY have 80 cals per TABLESPOON, but the recipe by modelt23 uses only 1 TEASPOON which would put it at around 24 cal (free food, or close enough) I use smart balance LIGHT which is 45 cal per tablespoon (15 per tsp)....
Lynn..
I made them and they were AWESOME! Thanks so much everyone! Also, I used ff I can't believe it's not butter which is 5 cals for a tbsp. Still thought it was great!..
These are very good, and if you haven't tried it, give it a try. Yum!..
Graylady,.

Guess I'll have to give them a try as soon as my next shipment get here..
