I actually didn't gain any weight over the holiday. But I didn't cut everything out. I still ate what I wanted with moderation in mind. I didn't lose my goal, but I didn't increase my weight!..
I'm up 7 pounds too since Thanksgiving. Oh well, I know how to get it off! Don't let it discourage you. Just get back on it. We all know what to do!..

I felt like a Yo Yo from the end of October until now. Before I left on my cruise I had Hit Onederland at 197. Walk in the house after getting off the boat 221.
(A Lot of Booze and food)..
About 15lb came off in a couple days. (Booze and Water Weight).
Get back to Onderland thanksgiving AM. the next weigh in 202.
The next few weeks fluctuate between 198 and 196. Up down, up down..
Thank God there are no more parties for a while. Maybe I can get back on Plan, and knock off these last few pounds..
I am actually thinking of revising my goal lower. and then building back up with muscle..
One good thing. They had a weigh in at my gym for a Holiday meight maintenance/loss contest right after I got home from the cruise. I lost 22lb since I weighed-in on there scale and I am leading the pack right now for the prizes (Extended Gym Membership)..
Thanks guys, at least I'm not alone in my holliday excursions. I'm back on track now and already back to onederland.
