Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I bump into an anything. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could give you help..
Well, welcome aboard then. I hope all the Halloween candy is out of your house...the first two weeks is when my cravings were the worst and most frequent...but just stay focused on the goal.
There are a couple pictures I'm trying to find from about 10 years ago when I was really in shape that I want to find and put up as self motivation..
So just stay motivated, pound that water, get a little exercise and most of all, stay positive. Mindset is everything...
I couldn't really notice any change when looking in the mirror...but I can see that my shirt is no longer stretched tight.....so that is definite progress..
I was your weight when I started. at 20 lbs, people start to notice. you get that? wait till you hit 50! your face feels different when you wash it...like it's smaller or something, or your hands got bigger!..
WTG JT and that is great. Yes it is true, your face goes first, at least mine isnt as "Puffy" as it was 2 weeks ago. When I got dressed this morning for a Dr visit, I changed belts, and not thinking I had lost anything yet in that area, I almost went and got the hole punch to make another hole, as my belt was loose, and my Wranglers feel abit sloppy in the butt too, ha... Just can wait till that mid-drift bulge starts going now.....
Great job jt!.
Feels great doesn't it? I am right behind you at 4 weeks and 19 lbs down. My jeans have been falling down for 2 weeks now so I finally punched a new hole in my belt his weekend. Some of my clothes that I stopped wearing a year ago are starting to fit now. I haven't gotten very many comments yet, just the cashier in the cafeteria at work who knows what I'm doing. I still go there daily to get a fresh salad..
John, I think the gut will be the last to go. I think mine is shrinking a bit but it feels like most of the change so far has been in my waist (below the gut) and legs..
The results so far and the support from this group makes this the easiest way to lose weight and prepare for a new us there is!..
You're working it JT, good job so far...weigh to go..
Boy extra good you have done with the not eating things you shouldn't thing..
Keep doing what you're not doing and also what you should do and soon enough you'll look back and not be where you once were..
Also - keep this in mind...
