Hello Everyone,.

I am a newbie and I have no idea how many calories a day I am allowed on the program. I am on the basic plan. I am eating all the Nutrisystem food a day which is three meals and one snack. But when I add my fruits and veggies, what's the maximum calorie count that I should not go over?.

When I receive my first box of food, included was the booklet for the Men's program (I'm a woman). I called and asked for the Woman's version to no avail. still waiting for it (3 weeks now)..

I would just like to know what my maximum calorie count per day is. Can someone help me?.

I tried to find the same information for my husband, he is on the men's diabetic plan, but I can't seem to locate it. Do you know where that can be found?..

Maryhuff: It is almost impossible to eat everything on the Meal Planner and stay under 1000 calories a day. Can you list, meal by meal, what you are eating? Which plan are you on? How much to lose?..

I am on the diabeties diet and I eat just what I was sent, plus I will have a salad with fat free dressing, plus a piece of fruit, and after I eat that, I am full what else and I to eat. so far I have been on this for 4 weeks and have lost 9 lbs..

Mary: You need to eat EVERYTHING that your plan calls for: Vegetables, Fat, Fruit, Dairy/Protein, Carbs. These items are not optional, but mandatory. Have you discussed this with one of the Dietitians or a Counselor? Please take care of yourself...

I've been on Nutrisystem since March 1, and I'm down 10.0 pounds! I'm sooooooo excited about this plan.

I do list everything that I eat every day, and it's always between 1300 and 1500 calories. I have over 100 pounds to lose, so I think that's probably where it should be.

It's working, so I'm not going to change what I'm doing now!.
