I just had the veggie fajitas for dinner, very good and very filling. I cooked my on the stove and it just took a couple of minutes. The kids ate what I couldn't and they didn't even guess that it was not meat. I think they are keepers..

I just tried the veggie fajitas tonight and threw them away after two bites. Just started Nutrisystem last Friday, and this is the first thing I was unable to eat. Everything else so far has pretty good...

I will be trying them for dinner tonight..

Plan to add fresh sauteed peppers, onions, green onion, red salsa and green salsa to them. I also picked up a spinach wrap for some better flavor than flour tortilla. We'll see! I'm hopeful..

My husband and I had these for dinner tonight, I added red onions, green bell pepper and a small roma tomato, I put them in a whole wheat flour tortilla and served with beans. We thought they were pretty darn good...

They are yummy. I sauteed some green onion, mushrooms, tomato, and shredded carrots to add to them, then put the whole thing on a whole wheat low carb tortilla topped with cilantro and salsa. I also topped lettuce leaves with it and it was awesome as well...

Not to bad and spicy!.

I add 1oz of lean groud beef or turkey to it and spoon it into some corn tortillias..

I had this tonight also and I thought it was surprisingly good!.

Isn't funny how everyone's tastes are different. I added some sauteed onions, salsa, a little sour cream and piled it on top of my whole wheat tortilla that I had crisped up in the oven and I was very full. I plan on ordering them again.....

Question: so the dinner does not have any kind of a wrap for the fajita? You have to add your own?..

I got fijatas in my free week and thought they looked.

! For some reason I made them tonight but added a bunch of sauteed onions and red bell peppers, Mrs. Dash Hot and Spicy, then grilled in a wheat tortilla with 2 servings (lunch and snack) FF cheddar as a quesadilla. YUM!!! and soooo very filling...

Yes, you add your own wrap. Low carb wheat if possible. I made mine per microwave instructions and it was awful. Next time I am making in on the stove and adding veggies...

I plan on having the veggie fajita tonight for Dinner.I have to go to The Store later and pick up some tortillas and Lite Hotdog buns.I hope their good...

I really like the flavor of the fajitas, though I usually add a little more cumin and black pepper. I've found the serving is way too much to put in a small wheat tortilla. When I cook/re-hydrate the fajitas, I add extra water and sliced zucchini. (Last night I splurged and added light beer instead of water.VERY tasty! I suppose low sodium chicken broth would have been the better alternative.) I prefer to cut my tortilla up into small strips and sprinkle it over the thick fajita soup that Ive made. You can even use a small amount of oil as your fat to do a dry fry to crisp up the tortilla strips in a pan. Sometimes I like to save a dairy serving so I can add cheese too!.

This has been my favorite meal!..

I love the veggie fajita. It is very filling and surprisingly really tasty too. I always prepare it on the stove after sticking it in the microwave one time and, well, it was a disaster. Patience is a virtue I lack sometimes...

I love them I put mine in a pita and add some ff sour cream very filling and by far one of my favs! I make mine with low fat broth yummers.

I LOVE the fajitas! Try toasting a whole wheat wrap, then put a slice of FF cheese, the fajita filling, another slice of FF chese, and the other 1/2 of the wrap on top. Microwave for about 10 seconds for the cheese to melt a little, and voila! A really yummy quesadilla. I love it...

Wow, glad I found this thread. I figured I'd post here since a lot of you like these. I tried them twice & just thought they were OK. I have three pouches of the veggie fajitas left in my order if anyone would be interested in trading for them?? I love the thick crust pizza as a possible exchange??.

If anyone is interested in trading email me & we can work out details!!.

I make mine into a taco salad... just use FF ranch and some cheddar cheese from an earlier protein/dairy serving... and use lots of hot sauce. it's pretty good!..
