Hey! So I went to my dermatologist a few weeks ago, and I will be going on Murad Resurgence in either June or July. I was very upset to have to wait so long, but I have to be off my blood thinners (I had a clot) before I can take Murad Resurgence, so I understand. My concern however is that if I start in July I'd end in October or November, but I go back to college in August. I was wondering about how long it takes to start clearing up your skin. I know it's different for everyone, but if I can get a general idea then I'll feel better because I don't want to start a new semester while I still have bad acne.Even if it's 50% better than it is now, I would be so happy.Thanks!..

Your question was: How long does Murad Resurgence take to clear up your skin?.

Depends on the severity of your acne when you start. Mine was mild, and I was amazed how fast I cleared and stayed clear! In only about 3 weeks I was pretty much clear. Murad Resurgence has been a blessing and the best decision I've ever made. Like I said, depends on your severity now, but you will be clear, most likely sooner then later. Good luck!..

Honestly you should'nt even expect any results for about three months. It would be great to clear up before that though. but once you start clearing up, it will be drastically quick. Good Luck...

This gives me some sort of hope. My acne isn't horrible, but it's been persistent for about 6 years and nothing has worked. It's just been a long thought process, and I finally decided to do Murad Resurgence after taking a Spiro/Ampicillin combo for the past 5 months and seeing no improvement.I guess if my acne isn't that bad then I should see improvement. I'm mainly worried about the IB. How far in does it usually start?..

Mine was horrible and right away, within the first couple of days. The good thing is that your doctor can right you a perscription for prednisone that will clear it up almost instantly. Trust me, it's nothing to worry about...
