Good question... I dunno what is the answer to your question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I discover an answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could answer your Nutrisystem question..
Wow, that is amazing! I'm real happy for you both! It's always encouraging to hear of others' success on the program, so thanks for the inspiration...
SUCH an incredible job, you two!!!!! Congratulations on your amazing success...
What a wonderful way to start the day! Congratulations and keep up the good work. Thank you for the inspiration..
So true! If it was onlyNutrisystemdoing the work, we could just buy the food, not eat it, and we'd get skinnier just by having it around!.
Congrats, and thanks for sharing your inspiration!..
CONGRATS ON YOUR SUCCESS AND MAY THIS YEAR CONTINUE TO BRING YOU ONLY HAPPINESS...
Congrats to you and the hubby BE>.
Keep up the great progress.
Thanks everyone for all your props! I love how quick everyone is to say congrats to others, especially when all of you deserve it too! I often feel like we're all in this together, and I agree it's great to hear about other people's successes..
I must admit Ginger, we have barely exercised. We got a big boost of motivation in November, when we both experienced a plateau. Adding in a very modest amount of Wii Fit broke the plateau, and since Thanksgiving, we've barely touched the thing except to weigh in..
I think in part we're in a sort of winter hibernation mode, though if it's not entirely inappropriate to say, we're getting a lot more exercise, er, in the bedroom..
My weight loss has been slow and steady, and I like it that way. I'm thrilled when I lose 1 or 2 pounds, and my average is about 2.4 pounds per week even without exercise. I'm sure it will start to slow down a bit, and when that happens, I'll definitely be adding in more routine activity, which let's face it will be much easier to sustain the thinner we get..
I do have a ton more spring in my step these days, and I'm far less lazy than I used to be. I think the general boost in mobility we've gotten leads to a slightly less sedentary life, though I wouldn't yet say we're really active..
I just always keep in mind what I've read around here so many times. It took me years decades really to put on the weight. It really should take years to take it off. I know my skin will thank me for it..
I hope that anyone who's new and reading this will find a little bit of inspiration and hope for their own weight loss. Nutrisystem takes a lot of the guesswork out of things and leads to much healthier habits. But it does take time, patience and commitment and the right attitude..
Thanks again everyone. I just can't express enough how grateful I am to have found a plan that works, and I've honestly never felt so certain that I would reach my goal something that I've dreamt about for 25 years but never had the fortitude to actually make happen... until now...
Congratulations to both of you. I wish you continued success!!!..
I love posts like this! Seeing two people working together to reach very important goals for themselves and for their future together always makes me happy. Great job, Braineater and Hubby! Keep on going and keep enjoying each other.
And the process...
