Yeah definitely eat at a slower pace, my wife said she's noticed a difference at meal times like I'm actually tasting an enjoying food taking smaller more deliberate bites. Also, getting LOTS of water helps...
I've been told I will get blasted for this but veggies are an issue for me. I have GERD and gas issues with most veggies. What alternatives are there in my case?..
I fart all day long, but I'm a truck driver so I can pull over and get out if it's really bad...maybe get some low sodium v8 instead? You're probably gonna have to experiment with that...

I was in real shock when I looked at the food at first. But you get used to it..
Remember you have to add on lots of your food..
The food you get from Nutrisystem is only about 1/2 of the food you are going to eat. If you just looking at the volume of the food you need to eat, it is more like 3/4 your add ons (fruit/veggie/carb/protein) and 1/4 Nutrisystem food..
I usually dont feel hungry. I never have to suppress hunger by drinking water. I spread my food apart. It feels like I am eating all day long (specially when I am at work).
You can move food around. Just make sure you eat all of the food..
For example I move the two servings of protein/dairy from breakfast and mid-morning snack to the lunch and dinner salads...
