My 1st question is: How effective is the Nutrisystem program? Hoping for any answer. Another question I got... Oh no. Its that familiar feeling. I started this program on January 9th and have had reasonable but no huge results. Weight loss is slow but fairly steady.

Have been down this path before and know where it leads, and I know I don't really want go there.

Good question... I dunno what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an useful answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably can answer it..

Wow - Congrats on 12.6 lbs in 8 weeks! Those are fabulous results. With numbers like those, I can't imagine how or why you would be slipping..

Go back to your original motivation for losing weight? What was it? Think about how amazing you will look and feel at your goal weight. Pat yourself on the back for a job well-done and just keep moving forward. You can do this!!!..

Make yourself up a little index card with all the reasons you want to lose weight. See if you can come up with twenty reasons. Carry it with you wherever you go, and read it a couple of times a day. When you are tempted to eat something that isn't on plan, pull it out and read it again. Ask yourself how you'll feel ten minutes after you've eaten whatever it is. Compare that to how you'll feel ten minutes after you've told yourself, "No, I can't have that.

If you STILL want it, tell yourself, "Okay, I'll put X amount of it into tomorrow's plan."..

I weighed again this morning and the scale is down a little are all very encouraging. I appreciate it soooo much. These are all WONDERFUL thoughts and ideas....and they WORK!!!!..

Go back and redo the Mindset Makeover tools and just read everything again and keep reading and read the boards !!! It will help to keep you on track and remind you that you are changing your life for the better and eating healthy is not a quick, short term thing that you are doing. You are changing how you eat from this point forward for a healthier you and losing weight and buying smaller sizes - that's the bonus and perks when you eat healthier ! You are not alone. We are all in the same boat so, hang in there and think Spring !!!!!!..
