My question is How does the Nutrisystem points system work? Many thanks for any answer or 2. Another question... Have had a series of turnovers - fumbles and interceptions. Also committed stupid fouls. All self-inflicted. No bad calls by the ref.

Been a really BAD quarter..

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the right answer. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I got an good answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could answer your Nutrisystem question..

I keep on wanting to start again, and I have intentions too, but things keep coming up. first vacation, then two weeks of snow and the kids off from school and a crazy schedule with the kids, wife and a major work project...i am eating well tho and will probably be down another 4 by next tuesday...

Lol...After fumbling a few times and getting knocked around trying to pickup the ball and run with it...I had to have shoulder surgery (literally) and have been on the IR for a few months..

However, I do have a game plan and my first 15 plays have been set. I am executing perfectly at this point...

I've been tryin to play the game, (food-wise) but sometimes I lose interest..

I'm maintaining okay, but I need a fire lit under my @ss to get back into my regular exercise routine which I've sort of dropped in November..

Making too many excuses...need some butt kickin..

Join in on the daily exercise thread that Rob started, Rick. Not that I've been overly successful, but it helps keep it in front of ya. (Edit - just checked and see you over there!).

After being on maintenance for over a year, I am back also..

I just started drifting away from my portion control and eating too much crap..

BBB show up yesterday and started this morning..

Now is it time to push the fat person back in....

Well I've been off Nutrisystem now for acouple of weeks and still staying within a few pounds of when I stopped, but have been trying to stay regimented into the program as much as possible with eating my veggies, etc. Hopefully spring will arrive and get in some more bike riding. My old Exercycle did return home, but not in too good of shape...think too many moves....so probably have to do some repair work on it........

PSA test #3 tomorrow...wish me luck for another ZERO.....

Only proves that this is not a diet or a race, there is no finish line. The holidays were tough on me as well, not so much on the eating side, but I kept putting my workouts off one day, then two days, then 4 days in a row. Tough to get back in that routine, but weighing myself once a week whether I like it or not helps. I was knocking on the door of 200 pounds and I never want to go back up over 200 EVER!!! So I'm born again, and working out with dedication. First week no loss, then last week, a 3 pound loss..

This maintenance stuff is hard, losing weight was easy...
