That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I discover an answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could answer your Nutrisystem question..
It looks fabulous! Problem is I'd probably eat half the dish (i.e. 6 servings!) Some things I just can't have cause I know I'll splurge! I wish I had you willpower! This looks yummy!..
If I didn't have a family to feed (they LOVE this!), I'd portion it out and freeze it. It works great this way!..
Sounds yummy, Jeannie! We just got a new freezer so your idea about freezing will make for some quick evening meals. That way I won't be tempted to eat the WHOLE thing!.
P.S. I sent you a message last night to your yahoo address...
Now that sounds wonderful. Thanks for passing it along...
I like to give credit where credit is due. This recipe was originally posted by MrsJeannie on 7/18/06 and can be found in Graylady's stash of recipes. Sweet-Baboos Wife, are you now posting under a different id?.
I did make this recipe and it's OK. Personally, I would add more seasonings to flavour it up a bit..
It is good and I recommend making it for a family meal if you are on Nutrisystem and your hubby and kids are not. Otherwise, divide into 11 individual freezing containers and you will have 11 Nutrisystem dinners...
Yes this IS me! My original name from last year wasn't available when I signed up again in 2007...
WOW! I now have two people who are cooking, and posting pictures..
Looks delicious Jeannie!!.
I will definitely try this for the bf and I some night!..
Oooh...sounds a lot like the Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole, adding meat and going fat free. Wonderful! I will pass this on to some friends who are always looking for FF recipes. Thanks!..
I'm new to NS...what's this Nutrisystem black tray that's used in this recipe?? Thanks!!!..
LOL! I used it as an example.....the black tray that the Nutrisystem dinner entrees come in. Be safe and use a measuring cup!!..
It looks & sounds delicious!! I don't mean to be a spoil sport but I have to ask, aren't the hash brown potatoes a really fattening ingredient? Because we're told not to eat potatoes on NS. Do they make a lower fat version of the hash browns?.

These are the little "cubes" of potatoes and the entire bag has 800 cal, and ZERO fat! This makes 12 servings. Each serving has 221 cal, 3.3g fat, 36 mg of cholesterol, 25g carbs, and 20.5 g protein. Not likely to find better stats on any Nutrisystem dinner entree!!..
