Good question... I dunno what is the answer. I'll do some research and get back to you if I got an good answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could assist you..
An Ironman is beyond really hard. It's really really hard. Imagine if you will, a 2.4 mile swim, then a 112 mile bike ride, then a full marathon (26 miles)run. WTF?.
I've done all three on separate occasions, and all three kicked my ass. I couldn't imagine doing all three in one day. And you only get 17 hours to finish all three. Again I ask, WTF?.
Have at it ff829...
I know .. I was kidding. I was seriously thinking about beginning the training back in May or June after I made my goal weight. In reality I probably would have had to drop another 35 pounds. I think those guys look gross and crazy..
My wife told me she thought I just wanted to do it 1 time so I could get the bumper sticker and brag. Shes smart like that...
I could definitly bike no problem and run at an extremely slow pace; however, I would not get to it since they would be dragging the lake looking for me..
Your signature takes half a page and is bordering on chick-like. I guess the redeeming thing is that you don't have glitter..
I would still be running, and thus not fat, if I had the knees. Looks like a great challenge. Good luck...
Hey Bob, The swim is first!.
As for me, I was built for speed not endurance!..
Let's do it together, Sean! I was a competitive swimmer in my youth and I have run marathons. The bike - ugh and ick! I just hate it!!!..
I would do a biathlon - no swiming tho..no way.
I can swim, but not for a long distance.
Then again, when the heck am I going to train?..
Bordering? He's there..
Completing a triathalon wouldn't offset that sig.....
