Good question... I dunno what is the answer to your question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably could answer your Dukan Diet question..
Are you talking about the beans and ham soup? I cut up 2 97% FF Hebrew National hot dogs (protein serving) and heat them up in it. Makes it so yummy and filling...
I put a bit of Walden Farms 0 cal 0 fat BBQ sauce in it. I love it!!..
I add a dash of vinegar, some sf maple syrup or splenda brown sugar, maybe mustard, and bit of ketchup or barbeque sauce - then saute some onions and ff hotdog, cut up..
It is one of my favorite weekend lunches..
Oh! I found a recipe the other day and made this for lunch just yesterday! It was amazing!!!! I combined the soup with Splenda brown sugar, ketchup, mustard, and 2 ff hotdogs cut up. Sounds similar to Lynn's above me. I enjoyed it tremendously.
I hope you do as well!..
Be careful how much splenda brown sugar you use. It has 10 calories per 1/2 tsp. I use a little and then use regular splenda..
I so appreciate all of the ideas!..
I do just as the others mentioned with the dogs, and sweetners and sauces, but I also add about 1 cup or so of chicken broth to give myself more soup!! It is still thick, but just more of it!..
I make mine like baked beansa squirt of mustard, a squirt of low carb ketchup, a squirt of bbq sauce, a dash of worcestershire, chopped onion, 1/2 tsp of splenda brown sugar and bake it at 275 for about 30 minutes. I serve mine with a ff hot dog and some Dukan Diet friendly cole slaw...
