First question I have is How do I have the right of distribution of Verisign SSL'products in Vietnam? Hoping for any answer. Another quick question... I am using EP2.76e (documentation says 2.76g) and the recent version os OSC..

I have exported as csv the products as is, not changes. This worked well. I then updated it with another 50 items, 55 now total. EOREOR the ends of each row..

Uploaded the file in two different sections as per options. Tried the update DB and it didn't do anything to the SQL DB..

Can anyone provide me with a direction to go?.

Thanks..

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I find an answer. You should email the people at Verisign as they probably could help you..

The folder is 'temp'..

The folder has been write enabled-557, and I did the same for the csv file as well..

On the Admin, under EasyPopulate selection I don't see the colours you refer to..

Tried the 'Import EP file from Temp Dir', with the file I can see. Then select Insert into DB..

Still did not work..

Previously, to check that it did update, I had downloaded it again. No change..

Thanks for the response. Any thoughts?..

I uploaded v2.76g easypopulate.php only..

I see the Settings&Info showing up now on the right side..

The file shows up red. But I had the permissions correct, changed it again..

Now I can't create a new temp folder at all thru the FTP as in the past..

I am going to look for a 2.76g of the easypopulate_functions.php and upload it as well..

If anyone has a clue. Let me know...

Sometimes changing permissions using an ftp client does not work and you have to do it through your hosts control panel..

Also read the documentation especially the section on how to ask for help...

Okay, I found the culprit. EasyPopulate has not been made a sticky. Too many fractured versions, incomplete zips..

I traced down a 2.76g version from Mar 08, to an updated version done in Sep 08. The Sep 08 version, and documentation were complete and accurate..

Now it works..

Still ironing out other areas..

Thanks all to did reply...

Look on the right hand side of the easypopulate page in Admin. Is your temp directory writable? It will show green if it is, red if is not. Also make sure that your temp directory on your server is labelled.

Temp.

And not.

Temp.

Or.

TEMP.

Else easypopulate won't work...
