I like to take a pear or apple and microwave it for 1 or 2 minutes in a small crock or dessert bowl, top it with one crushed whole wheat triscuit during the last min. of cooking, and add a small dab of diet cool whip. I haven't tried any of the syrups, but I did melt the chocolate Nutricrunch bar over a baked pear. It was really good...
