I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the right answer. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I find an useful answer. You should email the people at Verisign as they probably could answer your Verisign question..
Hey, i've tried to do that myself but it won't work. I tried it with just my email and also in the format it shows. Name<email address> but just no luck.any help would great. thank you..
Sometimes after you set the "Send Extra Order Emails To" field and you click the update button, wait for the page to reload, then log out wait a minute and log back in. The info will be stored. go to your actual Verisign website and complete a test order, you should get an e-mail to your mail server and it will also show up in your customers/orders portion in admin. Depending on your e-mail server it may take up to five minutes for the e-mail to appear...
It has to be a valid email address, I use two in that fiels and in the format Name<email address> and they both work..
Send emails has to be set to trus..
And checkout_process has a line that starts with.
Yet another question for you guys...
Does anyone know if it is possible to have an email notification to be sent to a store admin for every order recieved?.
This would mean that they do not have to keep looking at the admin every time they want to check for new orders..
Sounds simple, probably is.. but I'm stumped.
Thanks in advance..
