Not sure if maybe you already have an account with Answerable.com, because if you had won a HostGator at snap before and it went to answerable, it's likely they wouldn't send the email you are waiting for.
They have always been helpful with me. Give them a call.

Did you check all your Directi accounts? I had a similar situation with a domain, but then I found it in my eNom account already...
Snaps usually take some time to make it to your control panel... give it some time!..
It's been more than 24 hours since I complained to Snapnames. And I still haven't got the name. Snapnames says there's an error while pushing the name. Promised it will be resolved within 24 hours. But still... it's not resolved.
I'm so disappointed with their service...
I have purchased about 200 domains from snap and have had a couple problems but they are very good at getting back to me either phone or email. This isnt good for you but it's not the norm. The best thing to do is phone them IMO, very fast results...
