How can I set up my domain that I purchased at to work with hosting I purchased at HostG?

Before I begin, I wanna ask: How can I set up my domain that I purchased at to work with hosting I purchased at HostG?.

My next question is: Please do not conduct any business with this reseller

I successfully backorder a HostGator from Snapnames and received the following email.

" The HostGator is now registered to you. The registrar now managing your registration is Directi(R). You will receive confirmation email with account access information from Directi within 24 hours.".

It has since been more than 4 days and I have not heard a word from Directi. And all this time the name that I've won is parked and Directi is stealing all my traffic and money.

I have sent an email to Snapnames and if I don't receive access to my HostGator in 24 hours, I'm going to get Paypal to reverse the payment for non-delivery of items purchased...

Just call them and they will solve this as they did with me... I had similar problems but with another one than Directi..

Not sure if maybe you already have an account with, because if you had won a HostGator at snap before and it went to answerable, it's likely they wouldn't send the email you are waiting for.

They have always been helpful with me. Give them a call.

Did you check all your Directi accounts? I had a similar situation with a domain, but then I found it in my eNom account already...

Snaps usually take some time to make it to your control panel... give it some time!..

It's been more than 24 hours since I complained to Snapnames. And I still haven't got the name. Snapnames says there's an error while pushing the name. Promised it will be resolved within 24 hours. But still... it's not resolved.

I'm so disappointed with their service...

I have purchased about 200 domains from snap and have had a couple problems but they are very good at getting back to me either phone or email. This isnt good for you but it's not the norm. The best thing to do is phone them IMO, very fast results...
