Got a question... How about a Dukan Diet that works, that is risk free and best of all, FREE? Hoping for any answer or 2. 2nd question I got is.. This is a family favorite! Even the little girl I babysit who is SUPER picky loves it. Nothing about this tastes diet!.

Creamy Pasta Parmesan w/Shrimp.

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined.

Pkg. Angel hair pasta (4 servings).

1 can ff and low sodium chicken broth.

1 can ff cream of celery soup.

C parmesan cheese.

2 tbsp half and half (regular or ff).

2 laughing cow light wedges (I used onion flavor).

Cook pasta, I used Barilla Plus angel hair. Drain. Cook shrimp, drain. In the pot mix together the chicken broth, celery soup, parmesan cheese, half and half and laughing cow light cheese. When it's well blended, add in the pasta and shrimp and simmer over low/med heat until sauce has thickened. Serves 4-6 (4 servings of this is HUGE!!).

4=375 cals and 39g protein.

6=250 cals and 26g protein..

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer. I'll do some research and get back to you if I bump into an good answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably could answer your Dukan Diet question..

Oh goodness, that's a huge platter and the whole ammount shown here. I can never eat 1/4 size of this though. I always go for 1/6th of it and the kids and hubby get the rest!! I get asked to make this more than any other recipe I've ever done...

Mmmmm... That looks good and easy! I can see this becoming a regular dinner in my house. We live on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and it's shrimp season..

Got extra room for me??? LOL!!! I love shrimp soooo much! I remember my mom dating a fisherman when I was younger and he would bring home bushels of fresh shrimp and we'd eat shrimp until we just couldn't stand to look at it anymore!! Have the fisherman gotten back on their feet now since Katrina?..

LOL!!! That mess is almost to my butt now! It grows like a weed!! My poor daughter has been growing her hair out for years and years and it's just barely longer than mine. I chopped mine off to the shoulder when I was pregnant with Jonathan! At any rate, I figured it was time to put up a picture of me as I look now instead of my thin pics. I was really hoping to be back to my goal weight long before now, but at this point with all the stuff going on, I am just happy to not be gaining and I'll focus hard on losing when David goes away for 6 months. It's so much easier to do it when he's gone for some reason!..

Out of all of my dinner recipes, I have to say this one gets made the most. I always have the stuff on hand to make it. Both Emily and David request this one all the time and I'm more than happy to make it because it's so quick and easy to make! I made a lunch variation of it using the shiritaki noodles because I loved it so much. I hope some of you get to try it and like it. I know some people questioned the cream of celery soup, but trust me, it's not that you taste a ton of celery, but the flavor of that soup goes so well with the shrimp and the pasta and the cheese. Hummmm I might have to make this for dinner tomarrow night!! LOL!!..
