Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer. I'll do some research and get back to you if I discover an good answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably can answer it..
Great idea! I would love the recipe, if anyone has it...

The Nutrisystem newsletter that I just received has some 'on plan' drink receipies. Check them out!..
Never saw or received "Newsletter" before. It was interesting. Thanks for replying with that link!..
Good idea - never knew there was sugar free Tang!! Could replace sugar with splenda too!..
This would be so much tastier than Tang:.
Hi! Check up at the top of your screen to the blue menu bar and click on "News & Articles," then on "Newsletter." You'll find tons of great info and inspiration!!..
Glad I could help. Hope it has the taste you are looking for...
My mom used to make this (full sugar version) when I was growing up and it was yummy. We called it hot spiced tea, but it is also called Russian tea. It is good hot or cold. Mom always whizzed the ingredients up in a blender, so that is how I do it. I think it does help it to dissolve better, especially the spices. I use Crystal Light lemonade and orange drink, as her recipe called for Tang and sugar-sweetened instant lemonade powder..
Its called Russian tea (i drank it as a kid).
1 c. instant tea.
1 c. Tang.
1 1/2 c. sugar.
1/2 tsp. cinnamon.
1/2 tsp. cloves.
Ok - I am making some of this with splenda and sugar free tang!! thanks for the idea....
My recipe is a little different, but really good. I think you could use all sugar-free products and be just fine..
1/2 c Instant Tea (not Lemon).
2 c Orange Tang.
2 pkts Wyler's Lemonade Mix (3oz each).
2 t Cinnamon.
1 t Ground Cloves.
Mix together. Use 2 teaspoons per cup of boiling water...
So is wylers like the little unsweetened koolaid packets? that sounds great!!..
I tried this using 3 oz jar of tea and 2 tubs of Crystal Light orange. It turned out pretty good except that 1 1/2 tsps of mix to 1 cup hot water seemed a little watered down, so I added a little more mix the next time..
The only sugar free Tang I found was in tubs also, so probably you could use those in place of the Crystal Light orange..
It's yummy! Thanks again for sending this my way!..
It's been so long since I have made this....but I'm pretty sure the Wyler's was a sweetened packet of lemonade. A just add water thing. But the Russian Tea was really good!! Hope this helps...
I know this is different than the recipe but the Ron and Franks spiced chai decaf tea is really good...
