Question I have... Hgc Dukan Diet questions on lotions and cosmetics? Looking forward for any comment. Another question... I made stuffed bell peppers today for lunch. I'm pretty sure they are Dukan Diet friendly. The ingredients below made enough for two dinners.

If any of you have any suggestions to make them better or differently, please let me know. I calculated each bell pepper half at approximately 100 calories each..

Two bell peppers, halfed lengthwise, and cleaned of seeds. Yields 4 halves.

1 cup Morningstar Farms crumbled meat subsitute (surprisingly good).

2/3 cup cooked brown rice.

1/2 cup shreaded ff cheddar cheese.

1/4 cup or a little more salsa.

Salt and pepper.

Coat the outside of each bell pepper half with a little bit of olive oil and salt. We use Lite Salt. Heat the crumbled meat substitute in a skillet. Season it as you would like. Mix all of the ingredients up in a bowl, then stuff the peppers. Pack the stuffing well in the pepper half.

I put just a little bit of water in the bottom of the baking dish...

Thank you for the idea...I have not had stuffed peppers since last year : (.

My minor changes would be to add chopped tomatos, drop the cheese, and add chili pepper... : )..

I read somewhere that you can par boil a half pepper and stuff it with a beef/pasta lunch and bake it with some LF cheese. This will be the week for experimenting with peppers!..

That sounds so good! Thanks for sharing! I haven't had stuffed peppers in ages...

I too love stuffed peppers!! I make them often with the meatloaf dinner and also using 96/4 extra lean ground beef. When I make them with the meatloaf dinner I boil them in salted water until they start to get soft and then drain them and pat them dry. I also make stuffed zuchinni and mushrooms alot! I use the hamburger patty for those. I guess I'm lucky in that I really love my veggies!!..

I made this for dinner last night. I used the MS breakfast sausage patty because that's what I had available. It was delicious!..

I made stuffed peppers tonight using the Dukan Diet Cajun Style Chicken with rice. It was outstanding. I think the best thing I've tasted so far. I've only been at this for two weeks now. Anyone have any ideas for the Fettacini Alfredo? It is terrible and I have two more to eat...

I used to put a piece of the Laughing Cow cheese in it-Fettacini Alfredo. They may have changed it since I've had it, though...
