First question I have is Help with nightshife balanced eating,Dukan Diets? Hoping for any answer or 2. Another question... My daughter's b-day is coming up on March 7th, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me where I could buy some sugar free frosting that may be legal for the Dukan Diet program or maybe a recipe for it. I was thinking, I could spread some on a Dukan Diet pound cake and "pretend" I was having b-day cake too!! I will admit, sweets, especially cupcakes, b-day cake, is a major downfall of mine, and if I don't have an alternetive on that day, I know I will stumble!.

If anyone could offer help here, I would appreciate it! Thanks!..

If you want a super easy one that's light and fluffy, just mix one of the chocolate SF pudding cups with ff cool whip. It's wonderful on cupcakes!! In fact I have a picture of it that I"ll grab and post to show you!.

Also if you like peanut butter I use the cool whip mixed with PB2 to top my peanut butter pie and it's wonderful too!..
