Got a quick question: Have you ever done Nutrisystem? How did it work for you? Many thanks for any answer. My other question... Hi there. I have seen a number of posts about battling late night, boredom, and/or stress/emotional munchies. I found a new one (for me) two nights ago and thought I'd share and ask for some more tips:.

Polishing my nails..

This took over 30 minutes - base coat, 2 coats of color, top coat. And it took quite a while to dry, so I could not be rummaging for any snacks. I have successfully used the sugar free gum and ice water but this one worked really well too because I didn't want to mess up my nails..

Any others?..

Good question... I dunno what is the answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I bump into an answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably can help you..

I just try to keep my hands busy some things I do include scrapbook while watching tv, sort my mail while watching tv, brush the cat while watching tv...can you tell that I tend to get the munchies while watching tv in the evening?.

I like the idea of painting my nails - that will take even more time when spring/summer gets here and we want pretty toenails too! Thanks for the suggestion!..

I think any type of crafts work. Scrapbooking, sewing, knitting, etc. Also, I now do some housecleaning in the evenings after work instead of the weekends. It keeps me busy, and keeps my weekends free...

What's pogo...I'm gonna have to do some google-ing!.

If I'm super hungry I'll just pull out the lettuce and Walden farms and eat salad! Almost zero calories. I can usually go without eating but sometimes salad is better than a nibble here and there...

POGO is a game site -.

I usually start (or finish one that needs it) a crochet project or start playing a computer game (my favorite place is.

- they offer 60 minute trial games of numerous types - since I'm a club member, I can buy the game, if I want and it only costs me $6.99 each). I adore the hidden object games and I really get involved in them...

WOO HOO, fellow pogoites!!! Love it! Wish I had more time to play though. They need to come up with an app for that! Oh, wait, there is..

I cross-stitch - it keeps the hands busy and you don't want to get them dirty with anything to ruin your piece either...
