Got a quick question: Has anyone tried Nutrisystem or nutrisystem? What do you think of it? Many thanks for any answer. Another quick question... Doing well. 100% to plan. I just finished lunch and I have not been hungry yet today so that is good..

My question is this. My AC went out last night so I didn't get much sleep at all. I can barely keep my eyes open right now..

Would it be really bad if I downed a 20 oz Diet Coke. I almost feel like I shouldn't because it would be cheating. Yes I know Diet soda is allowed but am I really taking this to strict in not letting myself 1 diet soda...

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I discover an anything. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could answer your Nutrisystem question..

There's no reason to cut out diet coke as long as you get your water in, too. If you find it leads to more sweet cravings ( which some people claim happens to them), then cut it out later...

Dude, no worries on the diet coke. That's not cheating at all, they're acceptable for the plan. Just make sure you drink water too...

Yea no problem.. thats what I do.. when I started I wanted to make all those cuts too.. I mean whatever people want to do is what they want to do I have no problem with whatever.. but just passing along what I do.. because I could relate to the giving up stuff..

Like if you have deit soda or even regular soda sometime for whatever reason, dont let it be a big enough issue to not get back to where you were.. sometimes when you go without for so long a little thing becomes a big thing, the important thing is perspective....

What's the difference between diet soda and iced tea or coffee that you'd ban one and not the others? They both are calorie free and have caffeine...

Artificial sweetening? I dont know.. it's probably more so a mental thing for me.. like I said I dont have anything against what anyone does, it's just what I do.. I only drink them like once every two weeks anyway....

Something to be aware of is that I found myself very tired the first few days I was on program. I have also seen other posts other people mention feeling the same way..

Maybe it's the no sugar or the good longer lasting carbs or being so excited in the days leading up to getting the BBB and realizing that your life is going to change for the better!.

No fear. The fatigue for me only lasted a few days and now I have a lot more energy than I have had in a long time!.

Yeah man, I have at least 1 diet pepsi a day (20 oz). Hasn't hurt me at all...
