My question is Has anyone out there been affected by aspartame?(found in Dukan Diet drinks and food)? Hoping for any answer. 2nd question I got is.. Any ideas on how I could stuff a green pepper using the beef patty - and some other items to create a complete dinner (no fat serving included)? hmmm.....

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I find an answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably can answer it..

Ive heard about that one, but I have a beef patty here that I'm scared to try and am looking for an interesting way to use it..

Go to the recipe club under the community button and then under the dinner tab, there is a really good recipe for Stuffed Green Peppers using the beef patty with no added fat. They use brown rice with it to replace the hamburger roll. I made it last month and it was really delish!..

Don't fear the hockey puck! LOL Just make sure the water is boiling hot. They really are very tasty. You could switch lunch and dinner around and use a cheese for your protein, prepare the burger as on the box and then crumble it up in a frying pan; stuff both in the pepper and give it a bake...

That beef patty, tastes just like any burger and season it the way you would one you would make yourself...

Anitra, Lynn and Mokey all gave you great answers. I've made stuffed peppers (as well as zucchini boats, cabbage rolls and stuffed tomatoes) many times with the Dukan Diet burger. However, don't be afraid to eat the hamburger as a regular burger, it's actually one of my favorite meals! Make it like you would normally make a burger - on a small bun/roll, topped with lettuce, tomato, sauteed mushrooms/onions, lite ketchup, mustard, etc whatever you like ... as long as they fit with the Dukan Diet guidelines...

For the sheer joy of getting to have bread, I strongly recommend you eat it just like a regular burger. It tastes no worse than Burger King, honest, don't be afraid of it. Just slap it on a bun and add your favorite burger toppings...

I eat it as a burger with tomato and FF cheese...but I hydrate with SF beef bouillon which really adds to the flavor..

I have recommited myself to Nutrisystem and got a new order last Friday. I hope to do better than last Summer..

I got one beef patty to try again. Didn't like it the first time..

I put mine on two toasted slices of Earth Grains Sourdough French Bread I sliced not too thick, with grilled onion, fat free cheese slice and mustard..

I would like to try it another time with A-1 Steak sauce. I will get more patties..

I made some slaw to go with it with light mayonaise. Anyone have a fat free slaw recipe?..

Last week I had a delicious large red bell pepper, sliced in half lengthwise, and stuffed with the Dukan Diet Mushroom Risotto. Could only eat half of it, so decided that the next time I fix it, I'll add a crumbled Dukan Diet burger to the risotto stuffing, eat half and still get a full Dukan Diet dinner entree...instead of the half entree I had last week. Actually looking forward to trying it that way very soon...

I tried this about a week ago and I also mixed in a FF cheese slice and popped it back in the oven for about 5 more minutes. Reallyy good..

You guys all have awesome ideas on the burger, and you may have even convinced me to eat it as one lol. Question though, one FF cheese slice 30 cal, 0 fat etc...does that count as a free food or is it half a dairy or something?..

I do the Cajun in pepper in micro - I like pepper firm so I dont pre-cook it...I add slice of tomato & tspn reduced fat parmesan to tops...then zap about 5 or so minutes until hot...I like it and is easy.

I use the FF cheese on burgers...guess I count as free or my dirty little secret LOL..
