Quick question: Has anyone done the Nutrisystem Diet? Looking forward for any comment. Another question on my mind: Have a question for you old Nutri-veterans out there:.

What's the MOST you've lost in a week on NS?.

What's the LEAST you've lost in a week on Nutrisystem (and did not cheat)?.

So far I gotta say MOST 13 / LEAST 5..

But I only have 2 weeks to go by..

I figure the first few weeks I'll lose more than the rest as Marty will be trying to figure out WTF happened to his huge meals, snacks, treats, before nap leftovers, after nap browsers, and midnight pantry raids..

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the right answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I bump into an useful answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could give you help..

I've weighed every three or four days since I started, so the most for me in that sense is about 5.6 pounds, lowest would be zero loss a couple of times and then there also was one time with just .2 lost...

You gotta be careful not to get those confused or you'll be eating too much fiber...

I just weighted myself and lost 10 lb so far. It could be a little less since this is only my second weight in and the first was at the doctor's office. Pretty happy though but i've been on it 100% and my body is probably wondering where did all the donuts and Mcdonalds go...

For me, my most was 6 pounds and my least was 1. I typically average about 2.5 a week. But remember results are not typical...

I lost 12 pounds my first week and leveled of at 5 per week for a long time. I'm down to about 2 may 3 a week now..

I think (and have been told) that the majority of the weight loss the first week is water weight though..

I would say about 5 per week is average for most of us...

11+ the first week. 6-7 the second and then 4-5 until I lost my total of over 38 pounds in a little over 3 months..

I lowered my goal from 230 to 220, dropped another quick 10 and have been from 215 to 218 since around April..

I didn't cheat but did add in a about 180-210 extra calories of protein a day (tuna, drained - eaten straight outta the can - no dressings) so as not to lose the muscles I've worked so hard to develop lifting over the last 20+ years..

Here's the kicker: I was losing too much weight.

Too quickly.

Totally had to cut out cardio and stick with just lifting 3-4 times per week, higher reps and lighter weights - stopped all of my powerlifting..

This program is incredible. I've learned so much. Thought I knew how to eat. I knew nothing before NS..

If you guys don't lose weight on this then you're just not being honest with yourselves. You just can't cheat. Period...

5 (or maybe 6) most. Least 1. Typical was 3. I did supplement with extra protein and veggies. Pretty high exercise...
