My 1st question is: Has anyone been doing Nutrisystem? I just started yesterday.? Many thanks for any response. Second question of mine... I am starting my third week.. The first week I lost 7 lbsnow I weigh myself a wee laterend of 2nd week and I gained 3what is going on? I ate out one night but ate steak and veggiesand two bites of baked potato. This could not have done it. I am a 47 yr old woman and on Nutrisystem-D....any ideas? I know I didn't gain it from cheating...now I feel discouraged.......

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I discover an useful answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably know..

Love to find out too. I didn't gain anything nor did I lose any and I'm going into my 3rd week. I haven't eaten out at all. My activity levels could be higher though. I'm 46...

If you followed the plan there's no way you gained 3 pounds of fat - it's got to be water. Are your rings tight, ankles look swollen? Are you drinking all of the water and then some? Are you taking any new meds or any of the meds you are on cause weight gain? Plus you did lose a lot of weight your first week, (congratulations on the 7 pounds!) it could have shocked your body. I know it's discouraging but stick with it and those 3 pounds will disappear, along with some friends...

After a big first week loss, it is not unusual to go a couple of weeks without losing any more. Weight fluctuations are very normal espeically if you eat out (high sodium)..

Since you are new, it would be a good idea to call a counselor and have them go over what you are eating to make sure there isn't something you can tweak. Or list out a day here and we can look for you. Hang in there...it takes a while for your metabolism to figure out what you are doing and start giving up the fat!..

My body is notorious for holding onto water so I don't get discouraged as it usually comes off and then some in the next week. Just stick to plan, keep on exercising and it will come off.. \..
