First of all Going on the water detox Dukan Diet for 5 day's? Thanks for any response. My other question... I have some Chocolate Chip Pudding, and I am not a huge fan. I would really love some ideas on how to make it better...

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer. I'll do some research and get back to you if I bump into an decent answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably could give you help..

SOmetimes I save a dairy and use milk instead of water- makes it creamier. Always chill it very well before eating it. I usually top it with 1 1/2tsp of PB2, Walden Farms chocolate sauce, coolwhip and chopped walnuts for fat! I make a sundae out of the pudding, the brownie, the cake, and many of the cookies!!! I warm everything except the pudding, of course!..

I add PB2 and FF cool whip to mine..stick in the freezer until it gets pretty solid.....

I made a "Lava cake" with mine a few nights ago. I can't remember all the ingredients nor who posted it originally, but it was REALLY good. Maybe someone has the recipe handy ....or maybe you could do a search..

It had egg beaters, baking powder, and sf choc syrup...

I love it mixed with milk, 1/2 banana sliced on top, ff cool whip and a few crushed pecans. Reminds me of a sundae!..

Here's the lava cake recipe Kelly mentioned. I also do this with the microwavable chocolate cake, which comes out more like a souffle, and one night I accidentally used the pudding instead of the cake, and LOVED it! It takes a little more time than just mixing the pudding with water, but it's worth it! Save half a protein for this from earlier in the day for the milk & egg white..

Mix the pudding with 2 oz FF milk (I use FF half & half sometimes), 1 egg white, 1 tbsp Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup, 1/4 tsp baking powder and 1 tbsp Splenda. Pour into a Pam-sprayed single-serve cassarole dish (I use a 16oz Corningware) and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. In my toaster oven, about 17 minutes keeps it lava-like in the center. I add 2 tbsp Reddi-Wip on top. Sooooooo yummy!!!..
