My first question is: Godaddy.com says you need 2 primary dns to redelegate?.

My next question is: Do you automatically get the refund if you cancel within 5 days or do you have to send a message to support?..

Htmlindex well last time I just cancelled and then later sent them a message to get a refund and it worked so I think doing the same thing will work. I just wanted to know if I have to send them a message.

Use skype, costs $0.02/min, works as well.

GoDaddy doesn't really refund money though.

Still waiting for $8 from April 20th for a transfer in that failed..

I always call them but if you cant do that then I would contact them another way before cancelling.I once asked the rep if it was required to contact them before you cancel in order to get a refund and the answer was yes.GL..

You should probably email them first, although i've gotten a refund once from canceling first and then emailing...

Didnt email them first but it seems like it's OK. I didnt give the 4 digit account identification thing so I had to email that to them and I should still get my refund...

I canceled a HostGator I accidentally registered once and just sent email & they replied back on how to proceed and get a refund which I did a few days later. Yes it would be good if you could just do this without email as well. Maybe you can ask them if you can do this in the future and let us know...

Got my refund. I am pretty sure you do need to email them but you can cancel first and email for refund right after that. Worked for me twice now...
